Owen Bricker Wins John Fritz Award in Soccer

Owen Bricker, a Penn State York men's soccer player, No. 4, received the 2022-23 John Fritz Sportsmanship Award. Bricker is a graduate of Dallastown High School and is from Dallastown, Pennsylvania.  The recipient of the John Fritz Award demonstrates good sportsmanship in that he displays ethical, appropriate, polite, and fair behavior while participating in athletic events and as a member of a team. The recipient exemplifies the Penn State Values of integrity, responsibility, excellence, respect, discovery, and community. The award is named in honor of former Pennsylvania State University Athletic Conference (PSUAC) Commissioner John Fritz, who dedicated 30-plus years of service to Penn State Athletics and demonstrated these qualities.
