Penn State Wilkes-Barre fends off York with a 9-7 win.  Penn State Wilkes-Barre took an early lead 3-0 lead against York, but York would rally back in the sixth inning to bring the game tied at 4-4. In the seventh Penn State Wilkes-Barre would have a very productional inning that would bring in 5 runs.  Penn State York would rally again in the 9th inning, but their luck would stall as the PSU Wilkes-Barre would stop them.  The Penn State Wilkes-Barre team would finish the game with 12 hits and 0 errors.  This bring the team to a record of 4-5 and a conference record of 4-1.  This win was a team effort.  Catcher, Sean-Paul Williamson, would hit the a deep far-left home run in the seventh inning.  Leroy Fettig would also bring in some runs, the third basemen would have three RBI's throughout the 9 inning contest.  Right Fielder, Richard Sott, would also have a day.  Sott went 2-3, had two runs, and RBI, and a double.  Penn State Wilkes-Barre will play a double header Saturday, April 6th, at Penn State York at 2:00 and 4:00pm.
