Penn State York 64, Penn State Mont Alto 45

Mont Alto, Pa- Mont Alto women's basketball went up against PSU York for a USCAA division two matchup on senior night. A 27-point performance from Delaney Burroughs led York to the 64-45 victory over Mont Alto.  

How it Happened

-The first quarter was very close with each team trading leads. PSU York would end up going into the second quarter with a three-point lead.  

-The second quarter was also a back-and-forth game with York coming out on top going into halftime 28-25.

-In the third quarter Mont Alto came out hot, regaining the lead but not for long. York would take the lead right back with a three pointer from Delaney Burroughs. Going into the third quarter, York led 42-36.

-PSU York opened the fourth quarter on a 12-0 run. PSU York would not let up and would earn the 64-45 victory over Mont Alto.

Shanez Morales- 14 points, 11 rebounds

Amelia Fouch- 8 points, 4 rebounds

Dariana Perez- 7 points, 15 rebounds

Penn State York Leaders:

Delaney Burroughs- 27 points, 5 steals

Julianna Lesher- 12 points, 2 rebounds

Olivia Sell- 8 points, 9 rebounds
