Penn State York Women's Basketball easily took down visiting Pratt Institute from Brooklyn, New York on Saturday, Jan. 6, 73–30.
York held the visitors to just eight points in each of the first two quarters, then was able to cruise through the second half while spreading around the playing time. York dominated the glass, pulling down 51 rebounds to Pratt's 27, and forced 27 turnovers while holding Pratt to only 19% shooting.
In double figures for Penn State York were Karra Thomason (Bermudian Springs) with 13 points and 14 rebounds, Charizma Johnson (West York) with 11 points, and Sky Warner (Red Lion) and Kayla Miller (Queens, New York / Hillcrest) who both scored 10.
