Penn State York Women's Basketball fell to Penn State Lehigh Valley Friday evening, Dec. 1, in a game played at Cedar Crest College in Allentown, Pennsylvania. York stuck with the conference power, which went undefeated in Pennsylvania State University Athletic Conference regular season play last year, through the first quarter, but Lehigh Valley used a big second quarter to pull ahead and ultimately ran away with the game, winning 75–38.

Sky Warner (Brogue, Pennsylvania / Red Lion Area Senior High School) led Penn State York with 10 points, while Lehigh Valley's Andrea Watkins, the 2016–17 PSUAC and USCAA player of the year, had a game-high 21. Penn State Lehigh Valley managed to hold York to just 20% shooting on the night.

Penn State York falls to 3–4 on the year (1–1, PSUAC) and has a quick turnaround, hosting Penn State DuBois at 1 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 2 in the Joe and Rosie Ruhl Student Community Center.
