Scorekeepers were kept busy on Thursday, Mar. 29, during a high-scoring contest at Penn State Schuylkill. Penn State York Baseball road their offense to a 12–8 road victory as the team kicked off their Pennsylvania State University Athletic Conference (PSUAC) schedule.

Penn State York got things moving in the first inning, when Brendan Delridge (York, Pennsylvania / York Suburban) singled on a 0–2 count, scoring the first run of the game. Four hitters later, Penn State York would put up four more runs on a grand slam home-run by Walker Monteith (York, Pennsylvania / Central YorK). Jonny Stratton (Howell, New Jersey / Howell) crossed the plate for the sixth and final run of the inning on Austin Lehman's (Millersburg, Pennsylvania / Millersburg) single in his second at-bat of the inning.

Penn State Schuylkill scored four runs in the fifth inning and another in the sixth, but York responded with five runs in the sixth to maintain the lead.
